StrongHaus Foundation and Road Safety education in Cameroon Schools

In 2018 StrongHaus foundation reached out to kids in 48 schools of the South West and Far North regions in Cameroon. This was through various Road Safety campaigns in schools organised by the Ministry of Transport. This goes in line with the "remember the future" initiative of the association.

Moving on the road requires a particular pattern. Just like vehicles, Pedestrians should respect the pattern of movement on the road. Mindful of the alarming number of school kids involved in road accidents, the Cameroon government set out to educate these kids on how to use the road to and from school. The goal is make them peer educators for the junior levels. The schools visited were:
