A responsible Man is a resource to human development. Because of interdependence, whatever we do, how we do it, who we are, has an impact on the society in which we live. Since the road is part of our society, those who use it in any form affect the said society, be it natural or man made. A good knowledge of how to use the road without adverse conditions and consequences is vital.
Improving safety on our roads is creating an awareness of rules that will bring about safety. Many of our drivers are Highway Code illiterates. As a result, there is a high degree of insecurity on the road. The Clarion call is an urgent outcry for simplified, fast and empowering methods to educate road users on traffic rules and regulations. Acquiring good habits early in life tend to be second nature.
